Compliance & Responsible Access
Aviation Parts Require More Than a Checkout Button.
Sixty Spares is designed around controlled access, responsible sourcing, documentation awareness, and aviation procurement workflows.
Public visitors may browse the Part Store, but purchasing, checkout access, interactive manuals, technical references, and restricted tools are reserved for approved users.

FAA & Airworthiness
Eligibility, Traceability, and Installation Suitability Matter.
Aviation parts are not ordinary ecommerce products. Part numbers, traceability, condition, documentation, configuration, aircraft application, and installation requirements must be reviewed before a part is used.
Sixty Spares may provide product listings, part references, descriptions, condition information, and available documentation when applicable. However, final responsibility for determining airworthiness, installation eligibility, and regulatory compliance remains with the qualified installer, operator, maintenance provider, or responsible party.
A product listing on this website should not be interpreted as an FAA approval, installation approval, airworthiness determination, or authorization for use on any specific aircraft.
Before Installation, Verify:
- Correct part number and applicable alternate numbers
- Aircraft, system, and configuration compatibility
- Condition, serviceability, and documentation
- Traceability and source records when required
- Applicable FAA, operator, and maintenance requirements
- Installer authority and return-to-service requirements
Documentation
Documentation Availability Varies by Part.
Some parts may include supporting documentation, trace records, certificates, tags, or condition details. Other parts may require additional review before sale, quote, shipment, or use.
When documentation is required for a specific purchase, customer requirement, regulatory need, or quality system, it should be requested and reviewed before purchase completion.
Sixty Spares may use RFQ review, account approval, or manual review steps to help confirm what documentation is available for a requested item.
May Include, When Available:
| Condition Info | New, surplus, serviceable, overhauled, or as-removed |
|---|---|
| Traceability | Source or chain-of-custody details when applicable |
| Certification | Documentation may vary by item and source |
| Review | Customer should verify documentation before use |
Export Controls
Some Parts, Data, or Transactions May Require Review.
Certain aviation parts, technical data, manuals, defense-related items, software, services, destinations, users, and end uses may be subject to U.S. export-control laws and regulations, including ITAR, EAR, sanctions, embargoes, restricted-party screening, and other applicable requirements.
Sixty Spares may restrict access, deny transactions, require additional information, or decline requests where eligibility, documentation, destination, end use, end user, or export-control status cannot be confirmed.
RFQ submission, account creation, product browsing, or membership request does not guarantee approval, sale, shipment, export, access to manuals, or release of technical data.
Transactions May Be Reviewed For:
- Customer eligibility
- End user and end use
- Destination and shipping location
- Export classification concerns
- Restricted-party or sanctions concerns
- Technical data access limitations
- Product-specific sale restrictions
Manuals & Technical Data
Interactive Manuals Are Restricted Tools.
Sixty Spares is building interactive manual tools to help approved users identify parts from diagrams, figures, assemblies, and product references.
Access to manuals, clickable diagrams, technical documents, restricted references, and related tools may require account approval, membership approval, customer verification, and compliance review.
Technical references are provided for identification and procurement workflow support only. They do not replace approved maintenance instructions, regulatory requirements, OEM documentation, qualified maintenance judgment, or required return-to-service procedures.

Store vs. RFQ
Use the Correct Workflow.
The Part Store is intended for listed products and public browsing. Approved users may purchase eligible products through the store after account approval.
The RFQ form is intended for parts that are not listed, hard-to-source items, NSN-only requests, bulk requirements, condition-specific sourcing, or items needing special review.
Where Should You Go?
| Product Listed | Use Part Store |
|---|---|
| Product Missing | Submit RFQ |
| Need Bulk Quantity | Submit RFQ |

No Automatic Approval
Requests Are Subject to Review.
Product listings, account requests, membership requests, quote submissions, manual references, and technical descriptions are provided for procurement and identification workflow support. They do not guarantee availability, pricing, sale approval, export authorization, installation suitability, aircraft eligibility, or documentation availability.
Sixty Spares reserves the right to review, limit, reject, or cancel any request, order, membership, quote, manual access request, or transaction where compliance, eligibility, documentation, destination, end use, payment, sourcing, or product availability concerns exist.
